Offering amongst the widest insurance protection for Tradesmen and Professional customers in the marketplace today, this latest product offers up to £5million of public liability cover plus a multitude of optional extras such as tools, business equipment, employers’ liability, contract works, plant and equipment cover.

Open GI users - how to activate AXA Tradesmen and Professionals on PowerPlace?
In order to start using this new product, you will need to add this policy type and product to your Open GI server, which you can activate by following the simple step-by-step instructions below:
Step 1 - Press ESC and 0 and go to the OpenTrader menu (For Open I users, use the Drop down menu)
Step 2 - Select the ‘OpenTrader Insurer Maintenance’ menu
Step 3 - Press F6 until you get to the Policy Type for Tradesman and make a note of the reference
Step 4 - Press ESC and 1 to create a new Policy Type
Step 5 - Enter the code found in Step 3 above
Step 6 - The ABI Insurer should be AXA
Step 7 - The BROOMS Insurer should be entered as ‘powerplace’
Step 8 - Press Enter to accept
